I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis five years ago, and since then, I've committed myself to learning as much as I can about the condition and the various options that are available for managing my symptoms. I started this blog to document my personal journey and the changes I've made to my lifestyle in an attempt to improve my quality of life.
